This is the sequel book to the authors blockbuster book, The Element. It serves as a very useful companion guide to help the reader find his or her element. This book has plenty of practical guides and questionnaires and helped me to discover my abilities and talents especially the ones that I walked away from as a kid. For me, I am in my element writing creatively. Kudos to Ken Robinson for a brilliant companion to The Element.
